Hi Elaine,
Just wanted to say thank you for last years Mad Hatter cup cakes. We are hoping to book you again for this year, the provisional dates being the 6th or 7th of September. My son will be 8 and he really wants a lego super hero themed party. We loved having cup cakes last year, and thought we would do the same this year. 40 Cup cakes with "lego super heroes" in 3d on the top. He saw the movie and just loved it. Please let me know your thoughts, and if you would be available to make them.
Thanks again for your help.

The contemporary wedding cake has grown out of many traditions. One of the first traditions began in Ancient Rome where bread was broken over the bride’s head to bring good fortune to the couple. In Medieval England cakes were stacked as high as possible for the bride and groom to kiss over, if they successfully kissed over the stack they were guaranteed a prosperous life together. From this the Croquembouche
